Great stress reduction and helpful videos
This app shows a technique that is designed to help release stress and tension through a few light exercises that result in a mild tremoring. Ive been using TRE for a while now and the results are truly amazing. In order to learn the exercises there are two options in the app: text with pictures or videos, both of which are very easy to follow and helpful. Additionally the app has a lot of other information about the technique, video testimonials, and a tracking option where you can track mood, sleep, and notes. This app is a must-have for anyone looking to de-stress in a way that is simple but with profound results!

Feeling better
I’ve been through a very difficult situation that sometimes gives me tension. I never thought light exercise could actually fix the problem of I’m having. I’ve been using TRE for a while now and I can honestly, I feel a lot better. I mostly pick the text with video and it’s easy to follow. It doesn’t stop there. The app also gives out so many information that I desperately need. The tracking option where I can track my sleep is also very useful. I believe the amount of time I get to sleep can also show progress, and the app helps me to monitor it. Give TRE a try, you’d be surprised of how you can actually de-stress your life.
